PROCEDURE:
Heat phase A and phase B separately to 75°C. Add Phase A to phase B under moderate mixing. Mix 8-10 minutes, then begin cool down. At 60-65°C, add phase C. Mix until uniform. At 40°C or below, add phase D and E ingredients. Mix until uniform. Discontinue.

PROCEDURE:
Heat phase B to 75°C. Slowly add carbomer to phase A water and mix until uniform. Begin heating to 75°C. Add remaining phase A ingredients and mix until uniform. When both phases are at 75°C, add phase B to phase A under moderate mixing. Mix for 10 minutes. Begin cooldown. At 50°C, add phase C as a solution. Mix until uniform. At 35C, add phase D ingredients. Mix until uniform.

PROCEDURE:
Add Jaguar C-14S to water and mix until homogeneous. Adjust pH to 5.5 with citric acid. Continue mixing and let the guar swell for 15 min. Slowly add sodium laureth sulfate, mixing until homogeneous. Heat phase A to 40 to 45°C. Heat Comperlan KD to 40 to 45°C until completely melted.  Add phase B ingredients to phase A in order listed. Remove from heat and mix until uniform. Cool to room temperature. Add phase C in order listed, mixing well after each addition. Compensate for water loss due to heating.

PROCEDURE:
Phase A—In a suitable vessel, add ingredient 2 to warm deionized water (30-40°C) with mixing using gentle agitation. Add ingredient 3 to batch with mixing, mix until uniform. Phase B—In a separate vessel, pre-mix Novethix L-10 Polymer with deionized water. Mix until uniform. Slowly add phase B to phase A with gentle mixing. Mix gently until uniform. Add ingredient 6-9 to batch in order, one at a time with gentle mixing. Mix until uniform. Add sodium hydroxide (18%) slowly to adjust pH to 6.5-6.7. The formula will turn clear and viscous as the pH increases. Add fragrance, color and other additives as desired. Mix until uniform.

PROPERTIES:
Appearance—clear viscous gel; pH—6.5-6.7; Viscosity (mPa • S) (Brookfield RVT @ 20 rpm, 25°C, No. 5 spindle, measured after 24 hours)—11,000-15,000; Turbidity (NTU) (HF Scientific, Inc. PROCEDURE:
Heat phase A to 85°C while stirring. Heat phase B to 80°C and add to phase A while stirring and homogenizing the emulsion. Cool down the emulsion to 45°C and add phase C. If necessary add phase C for adjusting pH value to 5-5.5 Add all ingredients of phase D and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained. It is generally recommended to use vacuum while producing the gel to obtain the best result.

PROCEDURE:
Mix the perfume and Arlypon VPC and add 1/3 of the water with continuous mixing. Add the remaining water. After addition of citric acid, the cloudy liquid will get clear. Adjust the pH value to 3.0–3.5 using NaOH. Add Polyquart AMPHO 149 and mix homogeneously. Adjust viscosity by adding first sodium cumene sulfonate and then NaCl.

PROPERTIES:
pH-value—~3.0–3.5; Appearance—clear, viscous liquid.
